PR Will Defend 12 Muslims Victims Of JAIS Raid
THE 12 Muslims who were having ‘Muhibbah’ Dinner in the Damansara Utama Methodist Church when JAIS raided the premise, might be facing the law for ‘apostasy’.
Although the allegation has been denied repeatedly by the Church and also the victims, JAIS insisted that they have proofs of the church’s strategic plans to convert the Muslims.
In the name of freedom of faith and the spirit of unity, Pakatan Rakyat will not let the victims fight the injustice alone. As such, a lawyer, Muhammad Burok has been identified to represent them. Mr. Muhammad Burok is a Deputy Chairman of PAS Disciplinary Committee (2011-2013). He once contested against Datuk Wira Abu Seman in Masjid Tanah Parliamentary seat in 2004.
We pray for justice to be done for our 12 innocent brothers and sisters who only wanted to embrace the spirit of muhibbah by attending the Thanksgiving dinner in the church.
